100% correct, stock bar doesnt haev vertical pivot points, so indeed it is the strongest strut bar out there right now for the 350z

Looks nice. Reminds me a little of the Z32. Single intake sitting inside bumper, then the MAF, pipe split, then runs into dual TBs. Can't wait to see some numbers...

Somewhere before the TB We will be making pipes with a flange for the MAF hotwire for all kinds of different set-ups.On our turbo kit there will be a 3" pipe that feeds the TB, which sits underneath the drivers side pipe that feeds the drivers side plenum. The MAF will be on this pipe then the blow-off and then a quick turn towards the front of the car to my intercooler. This will be the same set-up for the APS TT kit.

It is not all about looks. It is about performance. We think this will perform better then anything out there but we need to test it to know for sure.I personally think it looks sick.It is very symetrical and it will fill up the engine bay with lots of polished goodness

i too think it looks pretty bad ***. do the runners have a horn on them in the plenum area? hopefully you can get the air traveling straight by the time it goes through the throttle body. if it does you should get good distribution. atleast you figured out a way to move the maf and get around the timing chain cover. can't wait to see the finished prototype.

The runners have horns on them right at the plenum.Nothing was sacrificed on this intake.I will take some pictures of the inside when I find the charger for my digital camera

The stock strut bar fits with this plenum.I will take some pics of it.The only problem is that we are not sure if we can get it to fit with every intake because everything is so close and if each intake is not exactly identical to the prototype, then it wont fit.The big problem with making completely identical parts is each plenum is pressed in a fixture on a 40 ton press and there is a little variance from one part to another. So we will probably advertise it as not working with the stock strut bar.We will see though

it looks power-full and smooth,

Would it fit on any bolt-on turbo-kit or just your own turbos, cause the throttle-body in the middle and the piping for any bolt-on turbo is located in the upper left side of the engine. so, do we have to custom our own pipe if we want to get this intake manifold.

what the expectancy that this manifold will gain (HP)

So you would rather pay for a chrome plated paper weight? The Kinetix plenum has not proven to make a sinlge HP to dat,at least not on any legitimate independant dyno I have seen..Form follows function remember that..
