We work with the Ebay IP group quite a bit. When I get back into the office on Monday I will contact them about this seller. There are several things in his auction that break the Ebay IP rules and as such I can have the auction shut down and might even have Ebay ban his account. It’s happened before, and we deal with this on a regular basis.

I’ve dropped the ban-hammer on several ebay sellers; this one will be no different as there are several items in his auction listing that violate the EBAY IP rules. One of the tell-tales for those of you looking for real product on Ebay is the pictures used in the auction are resized versions directly from our website. If an auction doesn’t have a real picture of the product, it’s likely that they don’t have access to the product. As always buyer beware.

For now though, I just wanted to sound a warning to the my350z community so that no one had a bad experience waiting for product from this seller. That in itself is enough satisfaction for the moment.

Thanks, I love the z and look forward to more interaction with you guys. It really is one of the only approachable sports cars left on the market that has some ***** from the factory. Name another new car that comes close in this price range. There isn’t one. I am sure this will **** off the 4 door AWD turbo crowd, but a break from the EVO/WRX/STI triplets is much appreciated.

Now I am just going to have to figure out how to make my Elise keep up with Jermaine’s Z when the turbo kit goes on it. That’s going to take some doing I think…

By the way, I wish I would have bought that domain name when it was available a few years ago.

IIRC the only UTEC's going out this week were to AAM and GT Motorsports with one unit going to AGP turbo in AZ for a project car.

You might want to check into the other LOTUS models because they have a supercharger for that Toyota engine you have on you're elise.
you will go from the 190+hp range to the 270+hp range.

It's just sick that you're ELISE does 12.5's with 190+bhp. Damn that car is light.
