Default How to make the Z TT (A 3sec car 0 to 60)

Hello Everyone!

I was wondering if the 350Z TT (realistically) with the right components can accelerate 0-62 mph s: 3.7? If it is possible what else I need (my components APSTT, APS Tallboy, APS exhaust, APS TEST pipes and Volk GT-7 19 wheels)

Thanks
Cesar

You can do it with what you have except get 18inch rims and some fat tires..

a big +1....

Lighter, fatter rims and tires will do it. I suspect you'd be in the low 4's right now.....

Good clutch, tons of traction, quick shifts, and lots of practice

It depends how you want to classify 0-60mph. On the drag strip or on the street using street radials.

If you were to use Drag radials set your suspension to soft if you had an adjustible coil over, maybe raising your revs to 6900 or 7k. You should be able to. Also some of us thats gone to the drag strip and use a drag radial and used the calculation have gotten that much of a time.

0-60 is the stupidest measurement of a car's quickness. It is 50% determined by the tires on the car.

Tub the rear end ... that'll do it
