Just met up with 350zDCalb(TODD) Of Built-Z-Motors.com and he is a cool *** guy..We went for some runs down the freeway where I took my car the fastest I've gone so far with the new setup...It was a lil hot and my car was down some power but it was still crazy....I'll let Todd tell you guys...I think he took a vid as well...we'll see how it turns out we were going fast and he was on my sholder... Anyways man good times nice to meet you and your girl and it sucks that you live so far away...

I'm out of town right now, in Northern California for my brother's wedding.
Just getting to a computer here in the hotel, you beat me to the post!

So, this is coming from a guy (me) who has been driving a 615rwhp/575ft lbs tq 350z...

THIS CAR IS INSANE!!!!

The gearing is awesome (I will be doing this immediately)
The power is insane (pulls harder and harder to redline)
The redline is unreal (8,000rpm!!!)

Brian, great meeting you as well, thanks for taking me for a ride.

So, we did a few pulls on a closed course race track (disclaimer)
Brian took some runs from 3rd gear to the top of 5th... as I watched the boost gauge jump to an unbelievable 23psi, I attempted to not soil myself ... 3rd gear..done in 1-2 seconds tops, 4th gear- 2 seconds, 5th gear probably 2.5seconds..and I look at the Spedo....we were at 150mph!!!!!

So, we slowed down for fear of running out of road...and cruised for awhile, Brian took it through a few more pulls from 3rd..unreal!!! My butt dyno says that this car is definately making at least 700rwhp...I wouldn't be surprised if it was making 750 at redline (or more)

My motor will be going in very shortly, I should have her buttoned up in about 2 weeks, and I will attempt to put down 750-800rwhp as well.

Brian: awesome car, I hope it holds strong for a few years , like I said, if you ever need a sleeved motor (3.8L), we will have 2 on the shelf in about 4-5 weeks, and plan to have a few in stock indefinately thereafter

My videos aren't great, as they were taken on my digital camera and I was watching the road most of the time, they do show the tach, part of the spedo, and the boost gauge... I 'll pull them up on my computer when I get back home, who wants to host them???

I am able to watch the vid through my camera, unfortunately, I only took one vid that is worth anything, it shows the road in front of us, the tach dead on and half of the sped..and in the right corner, the boost gauge...so funny how the vid only lasts a few seconds..and I was wrong before, you hit 150 at like 5500-6000rpm in 5th gear, not at redline
