actually if you did happen to pop your motor we have a few companies popping up with ready made built engines so your turn around time could be less than a month if your lucky.

wow this forum is going down hill. I know the op is asking some general questions, but I don't feel they warrant these types of responses and insults.

If you install the TN kit on a completed stock car you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure to get the car dyno'ed to have the a/f's checked. If they are too lean TN can work with you on the flash.

Also if you start changing things on the car like exhaust, plenum, etc. I would get a custom tune which would mean you have to buy your own EMS cause the TN does not come with one........at least not stage 1. If you wait till summer I believe the stage 1.5 (includes EMS) will be out by then.
