VERY SORRY to hear this.

I have followed all your posts nd taken your advice seriously.

It just shows you, you can do everythiong right and go 2 steps further than necessary, but when you throw FI on a car not built for FI, sh-t can happen.

Thanks for posting this up and being honest as always.

Good luck getting running again,

Howard

Dang Bert, that sux. I knew I wasn't prepared to deal with this situation, which is one of the factors that led to my selling the car (one of many). Good luck on the build man. If I know you at all, you should just start pricing full cages now.

There should be a sticky list of all the FI motors blown so far.

that sucks bert, sorry bro. you seem to be taking it well.

this is why i am looking into selling my car. i love it, and i know if i sell it i wont be happy, but everytime i get into the boost, i tighten up, afraid of what might happen.

good luck man, do it right(again), and build one hell of a car!

im gonna ask a question, and it in NO way is directed to put down TN, so i dont want to hear ****!

are any of you guys running a shielded CAS wire?

Damn... Another strong FI in the Mid-A goes down... I'm starting to get a little nervous about my engine with all the blown motors. It seems that the only solid bet is to build the block. I'm sure that Noah and the guys at AAM will take care of you.

Good luck with the rebuild and keep us all posted.

Alberto,

Did you have the reflash, then fine tuned through the UTEC?

No I didnt have one, and havent heard of any TN owner ever running one. I wouldnt take your Q as a put down toward me or TN its a legit Q...

Any chance the UTEC failed to apply the inputs at this time? After reading some of the UTEC stuff lately I'd be worried.
