Dang, those are big numbers. Double mine, LOL.

What's Sharif's car putting down, I can't remember...

1/4 time should be lower than 11.98, right?

Thanks for the words guys...I wanted to add, I cant believe I forgot to mention-I want to give a HUGE thanks to Jeremy @ Performance Factory for saving the day. We were at a critical period where I needed a clutch ASAP- he came through for me, and overnighted the ATS to Sharif-thank you Jeremy-without that help, I wouldnt have gotten the car back so soon.

Now to answer the why did I go twins set-up...very simply, my motor was blown I wanted 550whp on pump gas and the fact that TN is still testing snails on the Stage 2 kit just didnt work out-the Stage 1 wouldnt have come close. I know of guys who have tried adding a T66 to the Stage 1 TN kit with no success, so I didnt want to chance a bad powerband/improper turbo on that Stage 1 kit. I loved my TN kit, it far surpassed my expectations, and if Stage 2 was available at the time I would have highly considered it, but it wasnt, so after discussion with Sharif I went with the proven kit. My Greddy kit runs the standard snails, 600+whp (on race gas) one day later will be more than enough for me, I dont need added lag or 700+whp for my goals, remember I'm not a dyno queen Pics and dyno vid to come....

Edit-as far as track times I dont want to publically post my goals-I feel it's bad luck, but you guys can imagine 130whp over NA with the TN kit dropped me 1.1 seconds. I have 180whp over the TN kit now, just think what I might be doing

I followed Sharif's opinion on this-I know everybody has opinions on how it should be done but here is how mine was done. Once started, he drove it for 100-150 miles easy with minimal to no boost. Then, change the oil(dino still) and on the dyno. When I flew down to Forged on Friday it was dyno and street tuned ready for me. I then took it for a nice drive, and myself and Sharif drove it to another shop down the road with a Dynojet. I trust Sharif in the advice he offers, and in what he wants to do, he's done this with his own car and had no issues with oil consuption or anything else. I went pretty easy on the drive back home, but of course I'd occasionally drop a few gears and let it rip. Passing cars at WOT is like target practice with a Bazooka, unecessary as hell, but sure is fun

Interesting, thanks for the explanation. So were you instructed to "take it easy" for a few hundred more miles after the drive home or drive as you would normally? So Sharif doesn't see a need for a 500-1,000 mile break in?

Motor was good to go, no more needed break in. Although I did go kind of easy on it, shifting at 6500rpm's or so (under my peak power now) and of course no fast shifting due to the new clutch. Personally I am boosting it, but stayin gaway from hard ragging yet. Most I hit it was when I downshifted to 4th going about 70mph, and before I knew it I was bouncing the 159mph limiter that my car shouldnt have!

Ok, you just hear so many different views/opinions on this. That makes going with a long distance builder/tuner that much more appealing.
