Car got wrecked last night

GOOD NEW~!!!!! I got the call at 9pm last night, THE INSURANCE IS GONNA ACCEPT MY CLAIM, AND FIX MY CAR!! I dont know how she/they pulled it off, but i guess a lawsuite will scare anyone. This claim will be on my tahoes policy, and im gonna redue my insurance after that, and make sure its in my name.
Ya know, this proves a point with insurance companies, quick to deny someone, and try to screw them, you really have to get pro-active on them. I mean if i just said "screw it" like some people would, and im sure people have, ide would be out my Z or about 6k, I feel like i just fought a battle, I can finally get some sleep now. Im gonna have Jotech motorsports and stuarts body shop (they work on exotics, very good work, very expensive). Im having Jotech look at the motor to make sure everything is running proper, but really i think its just body damage, my intercooler is a little bent, but i can live with that, all piping seem good. I just noticed smoke when i drove it home, but i was dragging the bumper and under carriage, the car was not leaking anything.
Just wanted to say thanks guy, for the advise, the support...everything. My Z bruthas...what would i do with out ya??

a) at least u r both ok.
b) man y totaled its very minor as some the guys said dont loose sleep on it a cf hood, bumper and a headlight and a quick paint job max max a couple of Ks...
I'm sure u r insured so get them to fix the door and the bumper and the light and get ur own cf hood and ur boosting happily again :-)...
