Default JWT oil spacer 5.5 qrt?

I was wondering with the JWT oil pan spacer how much oil should you put in with a TT set up. I recently just changed my oil and put 5.5 qrt of oil in but was thinking should i put the full 6 in?

the JWT spacer adds a full quart of capacity, so why would you only add half a quart?
