Dropped the car to the dealership to remove the navigation system form the car and guess they f%^&ked up the car. I have P1564 code. did a lil search and found that its the ASCD Steering Switch. what does that mean?
also my vaccum is -10 and fuel pressure is 53-54.
what do I have to check?

hi guys, i have a problem in the 2003 Z , the cruise control is not working , but when i press the button, the ''cruise'' appear on the gauge , and i try to press down the acceleration button , it will not work ...
p.s from 1 month ago it was working well , but i didn't use it each time !!

So are you throwing this code also? You didn't state. It would help, it would basily tell you the problem at hand. So your saying that CC is working, but the accelaration switch is not?

Ok I went to autozone and had the codes pulled, i just replaced my o2 sensor i broke pulling my tranny, but guess i need to leave the battery unhooked longer. now this other code P1564 code ascd i have read is for the cruise control switch going bad, well i put in an aftermarket steering wheel, so i imagine this is the cause of the code, but is there a way to get rid of it is what i need to know? Thanks in advance.

C'mon people! I don't want to start a new thread. I just need to know where is the fu**ing harness for the steering switch. I couldn't find it in the service manual!! I think I may disconnect it by accident.
