Well this thread below was the explanation that mcduck gave on how to remove all the parts in question. From what I gather from it, there is no weird issues with parts being pressed in.

I had forgot about McDuck taking it off .[ remember Im old ] I think if you call and tell them you are the owner of a shop [ make up a name or use a local shops name ] and tell them you need one they might sell it to you . It seem my shop has very little hassle from them when they call . Any time I call , I seem to be treated a little differently

Has this issue been resolved yet? Here a couple other things that I just remembered. When removing the bearings from the jackshaft, they seemed like they were stuck on there a little bit. We had to use a hammer on the old bearings to get them out all the way. Another thing that could be related is how Vortech ensures warranty coverage. As you know, its 1yr if you use a different pulley and 3 yrs if you use the stock pulley. Basically when you change the pulley from stock, a "wax" seal is broken inside the jackshaft, so if something ever goes wrong and you send it in, they will know if you changed the pulley. To change out the bearings, the seal will break since you are doing to the same steps as changing out the pulley. Maybe this is the reason they are telling you to send it in, so that they can reseal? Dunno...there is the possibility that the bearings are really machine pressed onto the jackshaft, but even so, you can remove and install them all by hand.
