labor should run u at least 3200 if u bring a good shop only pistons/rods but your down time is probably 1 month unless u get a buy a built block.

Call around and talk to a few different shops. Unfortunately, "installing" pistons and rods is not a bolt on affair. There is quite a bit of expertise, and additional parts that go into building a shortblock. Then figure the labor to transfer this new shortblock, on your existing heads and engine assembly.
