Spoke with Nick today. His friend Tom is an electrical whiz and is presently going over the schematics of my car. He will then go over every wire by hand.
The main problem is still that the coil pack is not getting any communication from the ECU to fire. It's an electrical issue that will take more time.

hmm.. i asked tadashi about your situation... he said that the coil pack is a constant voltage and the ecu grounds it.
either your coilpack is having issues or the ecu is fried. but since you took the wiring harness off another car along with the ecu, it would lead me to suspect the wiring is having problems. not the computer now.
good luck..

The ECU & wiring harness are good now. So whatever the problem is it has to do with a system that interacts with the coil some how.
If there is an electrical expert out there who can chime in as well find them so I can speak with them.
This is insane huh.
