maybe you missed my Si trim making 460whp/405wtrq on a dynodynamics and close to 500 on a dynojet, untouched stock motor.
Also, please explain how 13psi boost pressure is too much for a stock block when hes not making enough torque to bend the rods? Unless physics have changed and a measure of back pressure in the system started to bend rods overnight
If you arent making 380-400 ft pounds of wtrq, you can keep going with smaller pulleys.
Also, if you are stil using the 93" belt on a non-rev, you should call vortech ASAP and get the revised pulley setup and run the much shorter serp belt.

From what i have seen/read 99% people advise to not push that many PSI's
IDK.. im an IT guy.. lol

I didn't miss it. I remember you were one of the first ones to go with the Si trim. It's just been a long time and I thought you put those numbers down on a built block. So I stand corrected. My point is that not a lot of people are putting up those kind of numbers with his setup. 400whp has generally been accepted as the point where you are now pushing the limits of a stock block.
My statement was based on him making 440whp @ 13psi. IMO that is pushing it. Yes, we know that you just stated that you made 500 on a stock block, on a dynojet. That doesn't mean it is safe. Once again, this is based on what GENERALLY has been agreed upon in the VQ community. And since Forged_G didn't state what tq numbers he put down, I was making my statement based on the info provided.
I'm not a non-revup. 2006 G35 6MT's are all revup.

I just want the car to last.. till i decide to build the engine and do twins

That's good thinking bro. That's why I was more than happy with the way my G came out. Just under 400whp 330tq on a conservative tune on my daily driver. I still have some decent power for when I want to get on it and it still has some nice driveability for days I wanna just take it easy and enjoy a cruise. That was 3+ years ago and I have had no problems (*knock on wood*). Hopefully I don't get yelled at again.

hey, while you're waiting you might as well look for a stock block somewhere. You can pick them up online for 500ish so it would be cheaper than using your own engine for a core. Core is 1500$ so you'll be saving money technically. Then you can have that built while you're still driving your car and that reduces downtime. It also keeps your stock engine in your garage for a backup.
