Still have to go thru same piping but at lower psi with no boost pressure...Like alaready said, check MAF could have some oil residue??

Is it something that can be replaced with different brand for..let's say..harder sound of air venting off?? like changing to Tial BOV on turbo

i guess some people modify an HKS unit to fit on there but a BPV does a completely different job than a BOV. BPV is open in vac and only closes when you push the throttle to build boost. A bov is closed all the time and only opens in response to a drop in pressure that happens when the throttle plate slams shut when going from boost to vac (letting off the throttle).

ok so that means it has nothing to do with the supercharger then.

that narrows it down a bit.

does the car start to break up when the AF gauge says its super lean?

he's using FMU with stock pump

it's almost never the injectors so after i found out it was still a stock pump my guess is the stock pump is finally calling it quits after being boosted for over a year.

ive notice to clear it up i have to give half throttle and it clears up, bogs with anything less then that, still sound like fuel pump? it doesnt always bog, seems like tune or fuel to me. ordered a walbro anyway.

have you tried adjusting your tune?

your battery and alternator are still in good condition right? maybe pump voltage is too low until you give it more gas to spin the alternator faster.

i dont not know how to adjust tune, and what should the voltage be on the pump i can put a meter to it before i replace it.

car should be at 14v while idling and you should be getting 14v back at the pump.

more realistically as long as its above 13V it wouldn't be causing the problems you are seeing

going to throw in walbro regardless, and does the volt gauge on my dash being above 14 at all times indicate my voltage is fine?

no. It means your alternator is putting out the voltage but that doesn't 'mean it's getting back to the fuel pump. There can be corrosion or problems with the connectors between alternator/battery/fuel pump causing issues which could lead to a drop in voltage by the time it gets to the pump.

rich is correct, 13v is a more realistic number at the pump with stock wiring verses my statement of 14v at the pump.

good news!

ya, stock pumps don't tend to last long when they are pushed hard.
