Ok, so I still haven't seen a dyno of a stock revup vortech out of the box. Anyone?

I would agree...I have seen as low as 298whp on a Vortech kit out of the box...but I think that was a 287 motor.

298 is completely stupid, obviously not tuned or the tuner doesn't know what they're doing - and/or their dyno reads really low. But there's no reason 320-340 whp shouldn't be possible on an otherwise bone stock car with the earlier 287hp engine if tuned properly

This is an old thread but an answer that is not commonly answered. Here is my stock Vortech setup Full Kit :

My mods include a 5/16" spacer, non-revup lower plenum, nismo headers, nismo exhaust and that's it.

Nice. Are you tuned? Your AFR seems really low between 75~90 mph... and really high at 110 mph.

EDIT: gonna have fastlane inc. tune it here in Houston tomorrow. no reason to drive an untuned car.

The sniffer seems really inaccurate that they use at the dyno.

My PLX Wideband showed anywhere between 10.4-11.2 when I watched it the entire time.
