your 60' is a huge factor most people on here have a hard time doing anything better then a 2.xx if you get some drs and can do like a 1.7 it will make all the difference... most of the time people think if you do a 2.0 60 and run say 12.8 that if you do a 1.7 60 youre going to run a 12.5 which is not true usually when you drop your 60 it doubles the amount taken off your et... so get those launches down!

DANG....I am tired of delays..still no car. Maybe "Thursday" / today. I 3 weeks overdue and have missed one track event (sears point) in the process. I HATE WAITING.

Well I got the car back...for an hour. There is something bouncing around in or near the turbo fan. It sounds like a piece of thin metal ticking off the edge of a fan blade but only above 1500 rpm. I suspect a piece of the cat is in there....ARRRRGGGGG!
before the noise started out back,......the car is a smooth as silk. I think the precision balanced crank with all the light forged internals helps with that but IDK. Shifting in the cd009 tranny is a dream. This thing shifts like a knife in warm butter now. I'll keep everyone posted on the noise out back.....back to the shop today.

No doubt.....I dodged a bullet when the stock cats blew....I ended up with a small nick in a blade but no other damage......I really can't afford a new turbo right now with all the $$$$$$ I dropped on the new motor and tranny. Thanks- Jim

Bad news...turbo is going bad. Last year I blew chunks of cat through it and with the engine going boom this year the bushings are sloppy and shaft bent resulting in the blades hitting the housing at certain RPM's. I am having it rebuilt and improved for up to 15 psi....-Jim

turbo. I'm telling you the 60 0 trim is just to small if you want to run 15psi.
