Baseline was with the same amount of boost....
final run was after tune with no change in boost set between 8-9 psi.
This is a "custom" 60-1 trim. I had my orginal turbo reworked by TEC for better spool up built with a balanced assembly....

http://www.turboengineering.com/. Like I said....I don't know all the details but when my turbo got trashed when I blew the stock motor they built this one for me at less than the cost of a 60-1 trim from STS.

But I try to stay educated.

New Clutch and Flywheel ideas?
Hey guys gona take the car out for spring soon and I need a new clutch. The factory clutch is now slipping after one year of boost. Iam thinking of going with the ACT Street clutch and flywheel since its considered good for daily driving. Anyone using this clutch or and ideas on other clutchs people have had good experiances with.
Thanks in advance!

I was using the RPS flywheel and 6 puck race clutch. It is fairly aggressive, but not terribly bad. Never had any issues with any slipping, but i also didn't put a ton of miles on the clutch. They also have other more street friendly options if your concerned about that. For the little bit of traffic i ever sat in, the 6 puck wasn't bad and was worth the extra grip. Hope that helps.

I run a 6 puck race clutch on a light flywheel........a little tough to drive for everyone but me......my wife can't stand to drive the Z now. You can decide if that is a positive or not.

dont go with a street version if you plan on racing especially drag. My stage 2 Competition is horrible when I launch the car real hard. They are meant for NA car that dont produce much TQ even though it is supposed to handle 80% increase in TQ and trust me it is a let down. If you are going to drive your car like a grandma and never drag your car then stay with a street version. It is really not that bad to drive it, it will take you 1 week to adjust and you'll be fine.
