Yes if you dont plan on hitting boost.. More air = more fuel. You need a minimum of 440cc and a fuel pump.

You dont need a return fuel system if you are on stock block. Depend on the power level... just get the kit for now and upgrade down the road.

Rawley,

Please start at the typical levels STS recommends for their stock kit. After all, you currently have a stock engine, and too much PSI won't be good. I think STS recommends 5 PSI to start with. Call them up and double check to be sure. Also, please don't forget to change out the wastegate spring to the original one I included in the separate box. If you forget to change the spring, the wastegate won't allow you to boost any lower than 10psi. I hope this helps!

ok goosegoose i talke to sts and they said they would recommend that i run at like 4 psi cuz the size of the turbo, they said that should easily get me around 400hp.

That is bull!! Look at the Mid-mount kit because I think they are using the same turbo as Goosegoose and they are not hitting 400whp at 4psi. I think they hit around 400 at 8 psi. You can get a .3 bar spring and that will give you around 4.3psi as your lowest boost but if you are planning to use the turbo as your WG reference then get the .4 spring because there are about 2-3psi drop from the piping.

I havent been on here in a really long time good to see people still buying this kit. I really miss my Z. Once I get some more money ill buy another and put a STS kit on it. Its reliable and sounds incredible. Rawley if you can afford defi they are badass. I had fuel pressure boost and EGT in my car you can use EGT as a wideband if you know how to read it correctly
