all EMS's use the stock knock sensor. YOu have the ability to tune for knock retard, but its time consuming and you'll be on your own to do it. Injected doesnt even set that up in the cars they tune. Its got the standard overboost cut, rev limiter, etc.

There are no user definable inputs and outputs so in terms of setting up other saftey, like low oil pressure or low fuel pressure kill, not possible with the Haltech.

All that IS possible with the ProEFI 128 though.

I got my STS kit in last week, and starting the install tonight. I am freaking pumped to get this thing bottled up. Overall, I think the kit is pretty damn clean.

If any one has any words of wisdom before i start.....

That is a nice video. Sound like a jet engine from behind when you were cruising. I'm surprise I can hear your BOV from a standstill. I can rev all day and not hear my Bov with my Tial...

Edit: I updated page 3 with this video.

^probably because your BOV springs is too strong. your bOV should pop just by free revving

Holy crap that thing spools for no reason, sick. What are the specs on the turbo, by the sound, it seems really small (at least the turbine housing) for it to spool so easily. Wish mine spooled like that.

Good vid.

i did a turbo upgrade from them. They have ball bearing turbos now. This turbo is actually bigger on the intake side and the same on the exhaust side. T04-1 60 trim and its now a sts percision turbo.

The BOV usually never goes of by reving it in neutral. It was only because the engine and turbo was hot and I reved to 7k. U can not hear it inside as much as outside. I think the HKS i have also helps a bit.
