i might just buy it up front when i get back from the desert in february hopefully don't really want to do the core charge just in case something goes wrong i have a second one to drop back in..

pauter rods whats wrong with the eagle rods that come with the engine and the gaskets i will give them a call for what i want yeah i'm definitely going to do everything ARP studs lol. and Ceramic/Moly Piston Coating

Eagles have taken a sheit on me in the past... so I will never recommend them. Especially when you are talking about a few bucks in the grand scheme.
you dont have the ARP head studs listed, so just making sure and the stock DE headgasket is not meant for FI
You have a turbo capable of making high 600whp. Spend a few more bucks up front to make sure you arent doing it twice.

The STS kits respond better to higher compression built motors. Bobby from CIN Motorsports was recommending as high as 9.5:1 CR. I feel his recommendation comes from extensive experience with STS kits.

So your build consist of basically a stage 1 block with pauter rod? If I'm not mistaken Sam recommend only 16-18psi on his stage 1 block. Of course it's capable of more but he's just playing it safe. If the builder said his block is capable of up to 600whp then that is the max and that should be done around 20psi (race gas). I still think 9.0-9.5:1 is still a good compression at low 20psi boost.
