Now all I need is time at the track with guys like you, alberto and Julian (he owes me that rematch ) in order to do the steup some justice...

Please post when you find out about the fitment. That set up looks nasty, those front skinny's are super light. I hope it fits. Mybe you can make the track date up in MD. Would be nice to get everyone together.

 

Wow-my butthole is puckered after that "test run" with those new slicks, its certainly been a while for me....Luie if you borrow these Im making you sign a release form!

 

Holy ****, I now realize why we left bias ply tires back in the 70's. They totally suck your puckered butthole. That swaying from lack of sidewall rigidity is just scary!

BTW, I heard you on 40 after you left my house...

 

Check out the patches turning right tomorrow, I tried a launch at 4500rpm's and it spun (but not as bad as street tires) to 7200rpm's...good times

 

Do they sway that bad?

 

I did 4 practice runs, as its been a while and this is with 1" more sidewall. I had to let off at 65mph the first 2 or 3 runs due to sway, one LITTLE move of the wheel and the car was going sideways into other lanes. On my last practice run I ran through 1-3gears (stopped at 90mph) with minimal swaying, street isnt good place top practice but I manage...for a slick newb with our power Im creating a waiver for you man, its scary, and Im no puss in cars.

 

Sounds nasty, got to check them out this weekend.

This race is gonna be close... I'd say at LEAST 2 shot per car.
