Brian Crower Cams..Setting The Bar!!
We just finished up some preliminary tuning with our new "old" set up. Just to recap, this motor was my old motor which had about 12,000 miles on it, and had CP pistons 8.5:1 compression, Pauter rods, Fulle Ferrea Valve train, JWT cams, and headgames port and polish. The only thing we changed on this motor was a new set of ACL main and rod bearings,new headstuds,new headgaskets, and a set of Brian Crower cams. The pistons and rings were fine so we put them back in.
After some preliminary low boost tuning with a pig fat A/F we achived to make power till 7500rpms, where as the old cams would hit 6500 and fall off dramatically. Im really liking these cams right now. Im back to the dyno to see if higher boost levels will keep the gains consistant. Look at the Finish RPM point and dont concentrate at the power levels as of yet..The RPM signal was taken off an injector, so it 100% accurate.
Were trying to set the bar on power band, and longevity of the motor with this testing.

I just did a higher boost pull but the fuel dumped to low 10's..
I lost the injector signal..But the power still looks like it maintains.Ill keep you posted!!

Whats the specs and are they available for both rev-up and non-revup??

I am guessing he used the stg 2 or 3 cams.

Adv.Dur. = 264/264
Dur.@.050 = 222/222
Lift(in) = .426"/.426"
Lift(mm) = 10.82mm/10.82mm
i think stg3 is 275º
(subscribing for dynosheet @ higher boost levels)
and LOL @ thread title change
