Default Is this a good turbo kit?

Doesn't look like it has an intercooler but it comes with 440 injectors and some sort of computer. I just got my car and want to go FI. I know that I want to shoot for 375-400 rwhp and I don't want to do a fuel return line. I am almost dead set on just doing the Vortech but have considered going turbo. I want to spend 8-10K total (Including gages, exhaust, intake spacer etc.). I don't want to start a Supercharger / Turbo war I just want to get opinions about this kit and advice to what else I would need with this kit to make it safe to run on my stock block.

you can get the same things from any of the vendors on this board for the same price.

Please note that the TT does not come with a front mount intercoooler. You must purchase that separately.

You think any of these places would offer JUST the manifolds?

+1 on that.....

but most vendors on here offer a package w/ and w/o intercoolers....

like others have said i'd rather buy a TT kit from the vendors on the forums and not on ebay.... also it'd be safer to buy from a vendor, i've seen too many people get scammed from ebay....

oh yeah you'd end up spending more than 8-10k going TT or vortech when its all said and done...

^not true, i did my vortech setup for under 6k installed/tuned with an all new vortech kit. It included gauges, utec, walbro, 440cc injectors w/harness and a map sensor.

now for twins, if you cant install them yourself youll be looking at a hefty install price.

I doubt it, and the thing is that Greddy uses mitsubishi turbos but with a special flange cast into the turbine housing. The 3-bolt inlet is unique to the greddy/mitsu turbos.

so, without the turbo, you are kind of SOL.

speed force racing could always make you a custom set of turbo manifolds.

Well since I am new to this it looks like I need to spend the fall/winter doing research and buy something in the spring. I did look at the vendors on here and I will def. buy from one of them as I need someone who has knowledge about this if I am going to purchase something for $$$$$. I want to do this right and there is sooo much to choose from! Hopefully soon it will all start to make sense. I live in Columbus Ohio does anyone know any good shops where I could have my tuning done?
