I have APS TT with 440cc APS injectors. I hear that if you add another injector you can about 480hp or 500hp.. is this true?

440cc
600cc
850cc

custom sizes also available

Hope this helps

Are you saying that all OEM core Deatschwerks 440cc were rated @ 3.5 bars

APS are also rated at 3 BAR. So whatever the flow rate says is the who you can expect.

So the sumation for flow rates @ stock fuel pressure and what power you can expect....

APS: As Advertised
RC: As Advertised
Deatschwerks Denso Core NEW*: As Advertised
Deatschwerks OEM cores: 550 (480-500whp), 440 (380-400whp), 650 (580-600) approx. at stock fuel pressure.

JET
Are you saying that, ALL OEM CORE DEATSCHWERKS 440CC WERE RATED @ 3.5 BARS MAKING THEM 400CC @ 3 BARS.

This explain why my deatschwerks 440cc is maxed out at 370whp. I'm about 95% IDC at 6500rpm.

athenG - you have the OEM Bosch cores? Those are the ones I just got...so I guess I'll be keeping this thing around 350 whp. You end up going with bigger injectors?

I just looked at the paper work that came with the injector. It has Bosch and tested at 51psi.... Looking at the correction at 3.40bar/50psi = 438cc and at 3.06bar/45psi = 415cc.

I'm in the process of retuning my car because winter is coming. At Temp below 60F I'm maxed out 98% IDC... I had to remove some timing up top and lean out my A/F, I also increased my Meth mix to 50% (I had 40% meth before) to give me some fuel. I'm almost done and I'm about 90%-94% IDC right now... In weather below 40F then I'll just cut down my boost 6-7psi. By the way this is A/F around 11.3-11.5 so it is still safe and there is still more room to cut fuel since I have meth....
