thats a crazy amount off of valve weight, could use stock springs and probably rev to 8000 with no issues at all.

very nice find!!

The titanium valves are a very nice find OP. I would think that as long as you are using them with the correct guides/seats and the proper coating they should work just fine. They may be a bit more likely to fail from improper EGT's then say an inconel valve but when you tune a boosted car things such as EGT should be monitored anyways.

With that in mind, as long as you tune your car good and have the entire valve train designed to work together nicely you shouldn't have any problems I would think.

OP-It is nice to see that you did some research on valve material before you went out and bought "exotic" valves. Most people hear the word "titanium" and forget that with titanium things such as mating surface material selection and coatings are extremely crucial things to take into consideration. Otherwise longevity can be kicked right out the door. I would hate to see/hear what a galled valve seat/stem is like from an improper setup.

AFAIK these were to be used only with the NISMO Competition Heads.

What heads do you plan to run?

What does "AFAIK" mean?

the nismo intake valves valves use a smaller diameter head than the stock VQ35 intake valves. these are the exhaust valves.
