hey i think i have the same issue as you, today when after installed yesterday, i ran and i hear like you said like something blowing my blower, and then i took the filter out i check and was the impeller rubbing the housing, and **** it got stopped so i have to take it off and send it to vortech, so any ofyou knows how much is for repairing this? and how long it takes? as i live in El Salvador in Central America, and is kinda far, so anyone knows?

Sorry I forgot to do an update. The cog tensioner pulley bolt was on backwards, so I fixed that. I actually loosened some belts, and that helped. i adjusted the BOV to 6 threads, I may have to adjust again as it is still whistling all the time. Thanks again for everyones help.
