Its no so bad if you get a drill bit that will eat through the spot welds well enough. I plan to make mine bolt on like the 350zs because its sooooooooooo much easier to pull the engine in and out. I would hate for something to happen to where I had to pull the motor out and risk scraping the chit out of the top of the pretty new core support.

Actually...

You can try and make a portfolio of your current work and progress. Include your future plans and goals.
Then, call some companies up and ask if it'd be possible to get a sponsorship deal, which is highly doubtful, and even if they did they'd probably only give you 40% off, etc.
If you want sponsors, you should be willing to wear their name if they want you to. Keep that in mind.

Right now I need help deciding on what turbo kit to go with as I am stuck. I want to make some high numbers but I am not trying to spend alot of money on a kit that I know will have to be modified in some way to fit in my engine bay, any suggestions guys? I want something simple and I dont want to go standalone if I can avoid it.

Ahem. No stand alone needed

Just a pointer, though you're probably already on it. Using the flat sheet metal on the inside of your new wheel wells isn't going to work well once you set the car back down on the ground. Unless you never plan on turning.

You're probably going to have to trim most of that away and make either a rounded or heavily angled inner plate.

The build looks great so far. It's nice to see people actually working on their cars, learning through the process and making things work. Thought process is something far too many people lack these days.

Yeah my other buddy pointed that out, But I have a method to fix that. It will only catch it slightly, but enough for it to be a problem.
