Right now I need help deciding on what turbo kit to go with as I am stuck. I want to make some high numbers but I am not trying to spend alot of money on a kit that I know will have to be modified in some way to fit in my engine bay, any suggestions guys? I want something simple and I dont want to go standalone if I can avoid it.

It'd look sick as hell if you could pull it off... But that will end up being extremely expensive.

Maybe try Powerlab provided your engine bay has enough room. I would think a single might fit easier than a twin but without having a good look at the engine bay (especially without the motor in place), that is going to be a tough call.
Probably best to wait until you have more accomplished in terms of motor install.

The Powerlab kit comes in a variety of forms (Full Kit or Tuner Kit) as well as with a variety of turbo sizes depending on your power goals. So based on this flexibility it may be a good choice. I'm sure everyone has there .02 but it is truly going to be something you decide based on what space you have left.
