few questions about water/methanol?
How do you guys mix the methanol and water? lets say I need 50/50 mix, do I just fill 50% of the resevior with water and the other half with methanol?
also can I use normal water or it has to be distilled water?
does anyone have a picture on where to place the nozzle?
whats an ideal PSI to start spraying for a stock block 9psi APS TT?

yes, 50/50. Snowperformance.net sells already mixed. That is what i buy.
And im not sure on the water but distilled sounds better for some reason
place nozzle before trottle body and after mafs
i have a single turbo but 5psi sounds about right so you dont eat meth that much. but i dont really think meth is neccesary for only 9 psi.

You can use windshield washer fluid and mix it with Heet If you buy say -20 degree windshield washer fluid it has about a 20% meth content -30 = 30% meth content and so on. For a 50% mixture and you start out with a gallon of -20 degree washer fluid, I would take out about 48 ounces of washer fluid and add 48 ounces of Heet (which is 99% methanol). Or you can keep it simple and just buy the Boost Juice from Snow Performance. It is about $15-20 dollars per gallon shipped to your door. With a turbo and getting into the boost a lot you will use about a gallon every 2-3 tanks of gas.

I purchased two racing fuel jugs, at a local race shop. Then I had them fill one with 5 gallons of pure methanol and then I use the other to mix 50 percent distilled water and 50 percent methanol then I add a few drops of food coloring in it to make it easier to see. It's way cheaper then boost juice, not that it's really expensive but when you add shipping it gets to be. Good luck.

this is true because Water and Meth has different weight. I don't remember the exact weight but just search it. I just woke up so my brain is still half a sleep...lol I know water is heavier than Meth...

Once you get into higher boost levels the meth/water injection is good to prevent pre-detonation, but you need to make sure that your bottom end can take the stress at those levels (assuming a commensurate A/F ratio). I didn't see that you indicated what motor you are running, but if it is a VQ35DE, the rods are going to be your weak point...

I have no problems using the 100% so far....If I remember correctly... it was not only the 100% that caused the explosion...it was more like how it was injected.
