Well, I have to remove most of the turbo system again because the downpipe MUST be wrapped to stop the interior vibrations. Theres absolutely no way that the downpipe doesn't touch the side of the car. Also upon start up (stock ecu just to get it going) I get these codes

P0152-02 sensor bnk2 sens.1 Hi volts
P0101-MAF A CKT Range/perf
P0102-MAF A Low input
P0103-MAF Hi Input
P0113- IAT Sensor 1 Hi input
P0132-02 sensor Bnk1 sens1 Hi volts
P0102 MAF Low input(same code twice?)
P0113 again.

Any ideas on any of these let me know. Also, im getting a weird chirping noise coming from the passenger side..sounds like it might be coming from around the waste gate area..only on decel...gotta love growing pains.

no Stock ecu still..just to start up and drive around the block..I cleared the codes and im going to drive it around out of boost to see what pops back up. At this point the kit looks beautiful..but it just barely doesnt fit..I plan on taking everything back apart tomorrow to see where it hits and clearance somethings..also im going to wrap the dp. It sounds like I have a leak somewhere. The vbands dont seem to completely seal which is odd..i have them as tight as they go now. I do plan on removing the AC now since I dont plan on using it and it will clear up some room maybe shift some things around. I did reinstall everything today and it fit much better. Ill give it another go tomorrow. Also, I don't know where I got the idea(but it worked) I bought a roll of alum screen, a 4" hose clamp, and stole one of my girlfriends pantyhoes. Put thescreen over the inlet, put the clamp on, streched the screen tight, tightened it down and then put the panti hose over it. I drove around the block and there was a buncha stuff stuck in it..so I know it works. Ive been checking every 20 min to make sure it isnt coming loose. The screen/phose seems like it might do the trick pretty well.

the screen is fine, thats all i ran on my 240, i got the really fine screen door material from lowes and made one, but when i redid my intercooler pipes, there was a layer of dust and grime in the piping, that cant be healthy for your motor. install looks good.

Im about to go back and redo it. Im going to take the downpipe out(which means I have to take EVERYTHING back out haha.Im going to wrap it. Theres no way to keep it from hitting the side of the car without hammering and wrapping..maybe it will make the vibrations less.

Ok so, I took EVERYTHING back out, wrapped the downpipe and one of the up pipes...cut some metal out of the car and removed the AC compressor. The car is TEN TIMES better now. Vibration is cut down about 95% of what it was..and everything seems to fit MUCH better.

that chirping is probably the sound of the wastegate opening and closing and air squeaking by. I hear a whistle on decel as well if the engine is revved up, it is the wastegate and normal
