dear sgp:
many of your customers are looking for resolution to their issues with your shop.i am asking you to react in a honorable manner.when you get behind the 8ball it is all to easy to throw your hands in the air and say hell with them.this only prolongs the agony for you.even after lawsuits are settled your personal shame will linger.so help yourself and them get over what can be a temporary situation and leave the community with an example of how to conduct business with class.consider the value of your own self respect,i'm sure it's worth more than any cost you might pay making this right.even if you are not watching this thread unfold(yeah right),i'm sure you are in contact with someone who is.

I will be back in Houston next weekend....If nothing new I will go and see if its there for myself. If I had a truck I would go and pick it up. But I will go and find out if it is at SGP first.
