I have no excuse, it was just poor judgement on my part to keep my car there. I've done business in the past with Mark so I figured he would keep to his word, but that never happened. He also has my motor so I was waiting on the arrival of that, but of course that day didn't come so I'm still out a motor.

Not to be an advocate for violence, but how Mark has managed to not catch a beat down from one or more people that he has ripped off for thousands of dollars is astonishing. I thought people in TX all had guns .
If this happened here in the northeast, I guarantee that a customer and a few "friends" would stop by the shop in person to make sure the owner knew exactly how upset they were and would make sure the owner shared their pain.

Mark is nowhere to be found. The shop now has an eviction notice on the door and its all locked up. If there is anyone else that has a car in the parking lot at SGP Racing, GO GET IT NOW! while you still can. If not, It will most likely become property of the Bankruptcy court very soon.

OK...KOOL......Do you think your motor is worth 5K or less??? If yes....file it in small claims court...then go the the court on the date you see on the door and hand the summons to him

am i way off base here, or did this douche-bag neglect to inform the vehicle owners that he was evicted and that their cars were sitting in the parking lot unprotected?!? this is just plain incredulous!
