My silver 350z has been there since last Sept/Oct. (For those who've been in the shop it's the one with the sound system, it's been in Car Audio & Electronics, etc) No response to Emails, no nothing. So whomever knows how to get a car back, contact me por favor!

Sound system stuff always gets jacked. If that was all installed or sitting in the car, theres a good chance its gone. We had prolly 3 break-ins while I worked there.

 

This was the car that had a blown motor and Greddy twins. The car was dropped off after the car was broken into at a dealership if I remember right. Good luck trying to get your car back man. I know you're car was the donor for my battery cover that SGP lost. Sorry that your battery cover was taken and put on my car, but that's what Mark did. I know that is the least of your worries, but just wanna let you know all the same.

 

Wow... He prob donated me your fuel tank when the hole was punched in it by SGP..

How can you leave your car there this long after reading this thread. This stuff is mind boggling. Now you want someone to tell you how to get your car back...lol Get off your butt and drive there you're in the same state.

 

Ok guys first let me apologize for not being a Z owner, but this forum has the most info on what’s going on at SGP.

I have a car trapped inside the evicted shop premises and am in the process of retrieving it.
Here is what’s going on there currently:
The shop is locked and the eviction is served however, since Mark filed for Bankruptcy the property owner cannot move/touch any of the items and/or cars inside the building until a custodian is assigned to this case by the court. Mark has not been seen at the shop for 2 weeks now, and he has moved out of his house also.*(I checked)

I have been in contact with the property manager, they do have keys to open the place up yet they can do nothing at the moment because of said bankruptcy. Believe me, they would rather have everyone come and claim their property they have to deal with this.

If anyone still has a car INSIDE the shop or is owed money from Mark I would recommend contacting the firm handling his bankruptcy:

Let them know what your involvement is regarding this matter or if you already have an attorney representing you then forward this info to them.

I keep getting the run around at Mark's Bankruptcy Attorneys office. They are either always with a client or not there. Anyone get to speak with them yet? They wont call me back.

 

Just keep calling ..... its in Marks best interest to get the filing complete with the least amount of claims against him..

 

Ok, BIG UPDATE!

I just spoke to the property manager, they informed me that they have been in contact with Mark's attorney and there is NO BANKRUPTCY FILED AS OF YET because of.......wait for it...... NON-PAYMENT to the Attorney!

ROFL!

This just gets better and better!
What this means for us is: if your car is there you/I need to file a DEMAND OF RETURN letter. This can be done by an attorney or yourself but it must be filed with Harris County Precinct 4 *(Not 5, I was mistaken) which has jurisdiction in this matter. Once this is sent via certified mail, there is 10 business day waiting period that must pass then this can be possibly and *Legally* considered: GRAND THEFT AUTO!
How’s that for lighting a fire?

If you don't have an attorney, consider getting one now, this will only get uglier.
