I imagine its worth more than 5K since it was just rebuilt and the parts alone cost more than that to fix it. Also since he claimed bankruptcy, I assume I wouldn't be able to get anything out of him.

 

Not exactly......personal bankruptcy is different from business one.... You may not get 100% of worth...but you will get something. Get you name attached to the Bankruptcy.....It has to be filed in Houston....

 

I havn't been on the Supra Forum in years.. i wonder if anyone posted about this on the Supra Forum? because SGP was pretty big there also

actually, yes, this would... i can understand death of the shop...i can understand all of the fraudulent activity, shirked responsibility, and ignoring of client demands / calls... but, to just lock the doors and walk away with client vehicles on the premise?? no, my mind just doesn't wrap around that level of douchebaggery...

 

I was the last tech left. I stayed till the end trying to make right for so many people. I was screwed just like everyone else but through honesty and integrity have been able to find work. In fact I am much busier now that I dont work for the shop ****. I was fed the same sh$% as everyone else. Promised back pay, etc. Well now I realize the truth and for those I was able to help I hope all is well. The others I am sorry, I tried to help whoever I could. Good luck guys, You are in good hands @ J Tran Studios who will go out of his way for anyone.

 

Sorry to hear man.....There was a tech I use to talk to when I came up there....He was always building a motor when I was up there....close to the door to enter the show room.....was that you...Matter of fact it was around the time when the black GTR was on the lift.

Hope things worked out for....that was really wrong of Mark. Now where are those that kept coming on here defending Mark.....what do you have to say now??

Is the shop just close to have the interior redone???? Is it close for doing inventory??? Or is it close for the reason we have been trying to tell you for the longest....

I would REALLY like to hear from those that have been defending Mark and misleading the people that have been sitting on the fence

 

Sick-o's put their infants in microwaves, Dahmer was a cannibal, Stalin murdered millions of his own peeps, etc etc etc. Mark allegedly defrauded a handful of peeps and then walked away from unfinished customers' cars when he was evicted. Are these unfair analogies? Maybe. But in the world of "shock and awe" his actions (being a fruit) don't fall too far from the tree he built. It doesn't take much of an imagination to follow the path from fraud and fail to the ultimate middle finger. More carnage for the feeders to feast on and one less POS in the pool of vendors. Good riddance.

I got fed those same lines when I left years ago. After my other buddies had left I was the one that stuck around hoping to make the big bucks since just about anything that was done was done by me. After I left and came back the next week for my final paycheck, he simply explained to me that he wasn't going to pay me ****. Good to know you got back to work pretty quickly.

Don't feel responsible for Mark's screw-ups. After all, we all got screwed that way. Lane, Shawn, Jim, the other Sean, Randall and probly Archie too.
