I reall think the same thing.... he needs to find someone that actually knows what they are doing vs someone that thinks they know what they are doing. At this point, I think the car just needs a few tweeks and a good tune

like u sayd,

his AFR is 12.5 going down to 12.2 at redline allso not smooth.

this is one of the smallest problems. still we dont know how much timing the car is runing.

allso keep in mind the vacum lines.

allot of things, i say start allover again, remove the boostcontroller and go back to the stock boost. and tune the car to 11.7,

if the boost is still playing, chang the spring.

after that all is done, u can add the boost cotroller.

welcome to the ARAB world , there are still some shops in UAE and kuwait are looking to wich port of the wastgate is for vacum or boost controller , ehehehe they just install it the way they feel its the right port !!!!!!

im finally experiencing the same problems as you are now but its an intermediatte problem. My service engine soon light came on, but i was not worried since it is only the larger injectors from this kit causing this to happen. The stock ecu does not agree with whats going on now that its turbocharged so i was experiencing only 5 psi. As i talked to you about a week ago i was getting 9 psi with no problem up untill now. Im figuring that all i have to do now is install the utec and get it tuned properly. But if u have a good ems already than i dont know what to tell you. Im thinking in my case its as simple as that because i was able to erase the random engine misfire code with an OBD2 scanner and the car was reaching 9 psi once again the next day. Ive already had spark plugs, fuel pump and fuel lines/ injectors checked as well, and no i did not leave the gas cap off in order to cause the light to come on. I'll let you know how things go with the utec but it will be along time untill i can get it installed.

UTEC have nothing to do with this, injectors have nothing to do with engine light.

Well it seems to be my problem and as i stated before if its not his than i dont know what to suggest. This was just me trying to help another APS single turbo fella out. The last person who i had work done and talked to about the service engine light coming on would have to disagree with you. He said just what i posted about the utec and fuel injectors and i think he knows what he's talking about when it comes to the 350z. Remember, this seems to be my problem and im not speaking for anyone else.

Dave @ Function Tuned. I know your not in the states but you should look him up if you need help. Very knowledgable and could explain things 100 times better than i could.

i don't know if anybody else has thought about this....

but have you checked your Crankcase Pressure??? and what year is your car..

reason for asking is i'm around 6.5 psi ( a 2003 ) and i had a ton of blow by gases from the crankcase ...

so maybe your rings are slightly worn more causing back pressure in the crankcase.... relieving this will improve your hp numbers alot...

put a breather ontop of your oil cap or something and try some pulls (simple way to figure if you have alot of blow by gases)

just a thought, good luck...

yoooooooooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooooo.

boooooost issue solved.

it was just a boost controller tunning. now it spikes to 10.5~11 psi then drops to 9 and hold 9 till redline.

car is in the unichip tunning dealer. finger crossed on how much gains i will get.

wooooooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo

i cant even sleep.. i was looking at the boost gauge and couldnt believe what i was lookin at..

will keep you posted on the results.
