APS ST started today :)
yoooooooooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooooo.

boooooost issue solved.
it was just a boost controller tunning. now it spikes to 10.5~11 psi then drops to 9 and hold 9 till redline.
car is in the unichip tunning dealer. finger crossed on how much gains i will get.
wooooooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo
i cant even sleep.. i was looking at the boost gauge and couldnt believe what i was lookin at..
will keep you posted on the results.

To return all the help you received from this community, you should share how you resolved your boost controller problem in detail, so others with similar problem can learn from your ordeal.

ok guys.
was really busy the past time.
yesterday i had the chance to dyno the car ( we organized a dyno day )
Gear : 5th
Boost: spikes to 12psi then drops down to quickly 8.5psi by redline. (never happens in the street, only on the dyno. on the street i get only 1 psi max drop. spike 10.5 and drops to 9.5 max)
AFR: 11.0-11,1
Outside Temp: 38 degrees on the dyno room.

i noticed that the graph was with respect to speed and not RPM and the A/F was not plugged on the dyno .so i think i will pass by today to do another run with A/F and with respect to RPM.
any thoughts ??

looks fairly good but numbers are low for psi. might be heat related(dont know what 38 celcius is). also the tuner probably called it safe anf pulled timing as the torque and hp hit because it looks like the power slowly ramps up. I'm assuming these are are SAE corrected?
i think its STD correction.
its ture that i faced lots of issues.. but now.. am really happy with the kit
( nock on wood )
i am getting methanol injection kit soon and will retune it.
will update the thread

will update the thread
1) just for the sake of adding more safety to the engine. since am not ready for any surprise
2) i got the kit with a sick deal that i couldn't resist
i am not after power. am after safety.
Make sure to just spray on your high boost map. No need to waste meth on lower boost levels. Also tell the tuner to go a lil aggressive with the tune on your meth map.
Cant wait for the new numbers!
Cant wait for the new numbers!

But you do realize that your kit is not being pushed enough to even reach high AITs or ping. You are stuck at the 400wtq because of the rods. No amount of meth is going to help that.
but as another person side, dont bother wasting it on a low boost map.
update: need your input guys on acustom External wastegate

Wow, I actually read all 11 pages. Good info as I learned a lot from this thread...looking to go this route. Seeing as it's been over 10 months since you updated this and you are a regular user, any updates?
