Well i just happened to hear from the people i bought the kit from that my kit was one of two kits sold that shipped out without the crosspipe. Heard that the other kit shipped to DUBAI so i was wondering if you were that person. Other than that, it already looks like your coming along on your setup. I did have a problem with my turbo manifold but nothing a little extra hundred dollars and some fabricating couldnt take care of.

3rd Day: All is done and will be putting the engine back tomorrow and test the car.

Notes:

1. took the engine down so that we can work on the car freely and to make sure that everything is done right, and avoid any alignment issue.
2. put all the piping together, (very much straight forward ) and thank god we didn’t need to modify anything. It just bolted right.
3. installed the APS PAN. was a bit tricky because the engine was a bit close to the ground, but we managed to tighten the blots to the right torque figures.
4. I was surprised that the APS kit came with a SS clutch lines. ( I order new ones with my JWT kit and I didn’t need to use them ) 
5. Installed the lower arms because the bushing were gone ( left side ) but I changed both.
6. Installed new brake pads.
7. Installed Blue Samco hoses.
8. Double checked all the bolts and pipes and lines 3 times 
9. Installed Koyo radiator.
10. We had some time to have fun. So I painted my Plenum Black 
11. Tomorrow morning the engine will be back into the car and will be ready for testing. ( I asked my installer not to switch it on till I come :P )

- I was thinking the same thing. When you go look at your parts for install they are like "here's your pile over here and this pile is for that car." Looks like they follow the use it and lose it motto for tools.

Either way, enjoy your build, I know how excited you must be to get your car back on the road.

Great pics, and no i havent had any probs with boost dropping. If you're worried about the actuator being a future problem then i would go ahead and buy the one from Forge and change it in before your done with everything but it already looks like your kit is close to being complete. You might want to look into some new rods, maybe some eagle rods, cus its been known that the stock 350z rods cant quite withstand close to 400 whp. Just a suggestion though. Congrats.

I hate to even think that after pulling the motor, you will most likely not have everything fit perfectly when you reinstall the motor in the car. From the headers back, you might be making adjustments when you get it back into the care. Clearances are tight where the turbo sits. I think you will be loosening items to get it to fit properly

thought of that don't worry..

left some bolts lose for the last fitment adjustment. so tomorrow morning the engine will be back in then all the alignment and bolts will be tightened

thanks for the advice. you have been great help, i used all ur tips

pulleys are out and stock in
i gave an extra half round for the actuator.
the flex pipe, i will use the stock one for a while then i will see how it goes.

i am so excited and in the same time abit afraid

sounds good. You are definitely getting close. I have done 4-5 builds now and I still get a little anxiety when it's time to start them up for the first time

Started the engine

the car runs fine. no weird sounds, although i can smell a lot of weird smell ( i know the breaking in time for all the parts )

Issue, there will always be issues on the way...

1) Car Idle on 1400 ~ 1600 RPM.
2) SLIP light is ON.
3) VDC light ON.
4) when trying to connect the ECU to the scanning system to get Error code, it doesn't give any signals :S i cant understand why!!!

No check Engine so far ...
