^^ Thank you.
So far I think I am at about $2,000.00. This esentially includes absolutely everythig except the Haltech.
If there is interest in a kit like this I would make them and sell them. If it comes to that, I would buy polished 304 stainless and build the hot piping out of that. This is purely for estetic reasons. I would build it off of the car as I am doing it right now, this ensures 100% fittment. It would be very easy/fast. I spent many hours under the car simply deciding how and where things will go, now that all that is figured out the build would be cake walk.
I think there would be interest in this do to the fact that I have yet to remove any stock components from the car, this excludes exhaust. This was the main reason I decided to do this, every kit out there that I have looked at IMO is poorely poorly designed. I see many threds with titles like " my A/C line melted". I think install time with this kit would also be about 5 easy hours, that would encourage people to do it themselves and save a few $$$, instead of paying someone else to do it.
In other words, when I decided to build this I thought about making a few for others if interested.

All this talk about duplicating... I deffinately want one... But only i have a turbo and a IC... how much would you charge for everything without the turbo and IC?? and of course i would buy a UTEC myself..

As a matter of fact I have a single 3" on the way. The rear muffler is same as stock but the exhaust after the turbo will all be 3" tubing. I hope to have it all installed by the end of next week, keep an eye out, I will have the details in this thread. With picutres ofcourse.
Something like this:
I will cut the two bolt flange off and weld a V-band on.

Would a true Dual work as well for the possibility of upgrading to TT down the road? Im new to all this stuff and how it all works together. I am trying to understand it more.

O I have been reading since day one... very nice build and great documentation of it btw... I just wasnt sure if a single turbo would not create the amount of pressure needed for true dual. ( I am at work so I cant go and look back at all the pics they get blocked unless they are hosted by my350Z.com)

3" exhaust is in
Last night and tonight I did some more work on the car. I think it is finally complete. Now I can just drive it.
Exhaust:
3" Downpipe
Also made a small tank for the turbo drain, I heard/read that it is a very good idea when using a scavenge pump. It is a 1.5" piece of square tubing about
5" long. It holds about 150ml of oil, so it should be plenty. I drilled all the way through and then welded some round tubing on each side. This seals the top and bottom.
Mounted:
More exhaust:
The car pulls soooo much harder now especially in the low rpm's. The ehaust sound is just perfect for me. It has a bit of a growl, just a bit more agressive than stock.
Oh, and I finally got the wheels/tires installed too. Pictures don't do these wheels justice. I will have steal my wifes camera (Cannon 40D) and take some good pictures.
I have a brand new set of BC coilovers still in the box, those will be going on this weekend. The rear camber kit should be here in the next couple of days too. I also have a blitz spoiler that may go on, but I really like the way the car looks right now.

Thank you for the pictures and advice in the other thread. The funny thing is when I started this project my plan was to have some sort of a reseirvor under the turbo. Whatever I came up with at the time seemed like it would hand too low, so I gave up on it.
Now all I need to do is dyno it. It really doesn't matter to me how much HP it's making because the car moves really well. It is more than enough for a street car, because running through 3rd gear will get you fast enough to attract traffic enforment officers in a hurry. I am really happy with the 3" exhaust, I get boost a full 1000rpm sooner now and it's perfect.
