Well the process is complete for now. Hal @ Injected came down and worked his magic (as usual). Below is the video of the dyno and the sound of the exhaust for my friends... (Rude, etc). The car made 500whp on a very conservative tune and we feel confident we could have made a decent amount more if the intercoolers had been a little more efficient and had more of an opening in the grill... we had escalating air temps as high as (164*). So I feel that the 500 is a great number being that the tune is low on timing and we only turned the car 6600....(not that I think turning it higher would make much of a difference). But the A/F is still in the very same conservative group. So long story short, Hal did a great job with everything.... part throttle driveability and idle quality are fantastic and, actually, is better than when I bought the car.
Not bad for a 5at though!!! It is a freakin blast to drive.

IDK. Yes they are the twin intercoolers. I have the stock bumper cover.... and we only had two fans to push air.... other than that I have no idea why temps were so high????
I am only running about 9 psi on my greddy kit, but I have the SFR twin ICs. I have an '05 sedan (larger grille openings than the coupe bumper) and my air temps are always very close to ambiant.

The whole trans is suppossed to be built... clutch packs, bands, etc. Currently I am having an issue with the valve body throwing a code (P1759) which is the front brake solenoid valve. I am gonna pull the pan tomorrow and see if there are any wires that are cut or shorting.... if none are found, I will get with Tim and send the VB out to him to have him see if he can fix it for me.
I believe torque was around 430.

The trans was originally built by SFR in Socal, but I bought it from the 2nd owner and I believe whatever he did to it caused it to have the issues I am having now.
Luckily, Tim and Paul from SFR have stepped up and are helping me get to the bottom of my issues.
Again, I cannot say enough about SFR's customer service. Keep in mind they built my trans in 2006, and they are helping me with the problems I am having now. Talk about standing behind your work!!!
