Yeah, I imagine this would be a great road race setup on low boost.
I know Intense certainly pushed the envelope on the stock sleeves with their widebody G with 906whp on the dyno and multiple 700whp passes in the 1/4 mile. But that was with only a .020 overbore.
I just get the impression that r0mey is going for bigger power than his previous setup. Maybe I'm wrong. That's why I was wondering how this motor will hold up to high boost and 700+ whp.

One of my good friends tuners John who used to work at percsion tuning now he works for cobb in utah told my friend and me when he was tuning his wrx...never chase a number it can lead to bad things I chased a number last time look what happened. Whatever this car makes it will make and thats how I truely feel guys.

Thanks for the clarification. That's a good approach. That way you don't set yourself up for disappointment.

This seems to be the sentiment in the RX7 community as well. I have 2 friends now with street tunes and those cars havn't ever seen a dyno both running gt40R's
Yes don't chase a number....if you want a specific number do a build that will beat that number by 15-20%.
I was hoping for something like 600rwhp with my build.....and look what my shop did for me (bastards lol jk

I think we now have clue to XKR's vers. 3.5
4.0 L with Garret GT35 turbo chargers. Imagine the hp he'll be laying down.
With meth, has to be pushing 1,000 hp, if not more.
I guess we won't find out until Z-days, though...
The only competition will be SnyperZ if he listens to me and moves his tranny to the back to get some more weight over the rear wheels.
SnyperZ, are you listening???
