I guess we won't find out until Z-days, though...

The only competition will be SnyperZ if he listens to me and moves his tranny to the back to get some more weight over the rear wheels. SnyperZ, are you listening???

I heard from someone, but I haven't talked to anyone about it except Mike himself.

Nobody, you just laid out the clues, and I like solving puzzles.

I don't know if any of you follow BSG (yes I'm a geek), but I figured out who the final cylon was 6 months ago and told my wife and son who it was. Most everybody else was shocked when they found out.

Edit: This is from your car domain page: "Changing to Garrett Twin GT35R Turbo Kit", although it says over there you are going for the 3.8L stroker.

On a side note, why did you ditch the DLI II ignition system? What are you using in its place?

worthless, 350z stock ingnition is fine....plenty of builds over 700whp with stock ignition, heck all the way to over 1000hp. If you like the looks of it on the engine bay and dont have 500-600 in change go for it

I know guys like alberto picked up a few mph in the 1/4 after doing the ignition.

I wonder if there are just a weakness or so in one of the coils and the dli helps take care of that. I would think if you had a spark issue it would peer its head early and you'll get blowout or something.

Like it was said, the highest HP/fastest cars are on stock ign.

I have data logged ignition input line going to the coils while on a DJ. The power drops from 13.4V down to 12.2V at redline. Not that that would necessarily have any impact on the spark, but there is a drain on the line feeding the power transistors.
