XKR Super G... Going for Mach 1
Savini SV-10......This company will custom make it anyway you want it. GreenGoblin with the wide body green Z was who gave me the info on them.
I am MAXXXXED out on how wide the rims can be......but Savini was the only company willing to make them the way i wanted with a 5"+ lip.
As you can see in the pic above.....even with 305's the tire is somewhat stretched.

of course a 295 will fit on a 11.5" rim. not what i was concered with
its the +30 offset that might not be deep enough to allow the tire clearance from the suspension. i'll prolly just play it safe and go with the 11" +24 (which will give me 1/2" more inner clearance) as the 11.5" with my current 275's (until i wore them out) would be pretty stretched.

So I think a 30 offset should work fine, especially if you are setting up for street use, in which case you will want to run less camber than I am.
If I were going to run a 295 on an 11" wheel, I would go with an offset in the range of 35 mm - 37mm.
11.5" will start getting close to the coilovers. I run a 19x12" (20x12" would be worse) with Bilstien coilovers and there are holes rubbed in the dust boots from when the suspention would compress when I had -2.5deg camber now I am at -1.5 with no issues. But its very close clearence both to the fenders and coilovers. If I did it again I would probobly stick with an 11" but 11.5 with the right offset should work. I think 1"= aprox 25mm so 11.5" with a +30 would be 10mm closer to the suspention than 11" +35. Hope that helps.
Sorry for the OT Mike.

yes you basically repeated exactly what i said in my original question. Thanks
thats why i was figuring a 11.5" +30 would fit if the 11" +35 was fine. Thats why I was asking how much clearance from the suspension that the 11" +35 had.

Remember, the offset is measured from the center of the wheel, which only changes by one-half of the width change. In other words, going from an 11" wheel to an 11.5" wheel only moves the centerline 1/4", or a little over 6 mm. 11.5" with 30 offset would be somewhere around 1 mm less inner clearence than a 11.0" with 35 mm offset.

I was responding to Sylvan Lake V35's Post where he said "11.5" with a +30 would be 10mm closer to the suspention than 11" +35", which is incorrect.

Sorry for the OT Mike.

I also agree with the width x offset numbers. My rim in the rear has zero room for error. BTW...Savini says that my rear rim is a "Center +30" Hope that helps.

I was just logging on to change it, I was sitting thinking about wheel fitment and it hit me.... i am an idiot....1/4" on each side, someone at work was bothering me when i was doing my math(thats my story anyway). thanks for the correction
