XKR Super G... Going for Mach 1
On a mustang dyno, I achieved 609 whp on 93 octane with a 3.5L motor. On a DJ, I beleive Alberto got north of 650 whp on 93 octane with his 3.5L motor.
Let's work with my number for now. Assuming the same volumetric efficiency and compression, (4.0/3.5)*609 = 696 on pump gas on a Mustang dyno.
Now, let's look at Alberto's DJ number. (4.0/3.5)*650 = 742 whp on a DJ dyno.
Once you add meth injection, you will be able to push this harder. I'll be shooting for 750 whp on a Mustang dyno with meth injection going on my new build. (Hopefully the short block finally will be shipping. Mike at GTM said he expects it will ship by the end of next week. We'll see.
) I fully expect that with a 4.0L motor 800 whp on a DJ dyno is achievable with an adequate amount of meth injection, assuming the rest of the build is up to snuff.

Ok.... Sharif is warming up the car to do the runs..... I will not be doing any Meth runs.... Just 93 and C16...
So far we have 600 and change at 14....
I know Terry has been reminding everyone that this is a 4.0 non sleeve... Not a 4.2 sleeve...... So I know that Sharif will not push this thing to 640 on 93......
As soon as the runs are complete... I will emal it to Jay or Danny

compressor inducer. GT35 is only 61.7mm. Wongy has 67mm compressor inducers. Dont know the trim but its like a 90mm exducer I forgot the precision uses compressor inducer to measure their turbos.
I'm talking strictly pump gas. Thats why prolly that 600 he is at now is a safe predictable stopping point for pump.
Mike, what size wastegate springs?

excellent... so the wager is who gives in 1st, the tuner or the clutch
If teh clutch holds 750 ft-lbs at 7000 rpms, thats 999.6 hp
sooo close

Best I can get from an iPhone
Anyway....New Videos and screen shot have been sent to Green Goblin....
The clutch will not hold at 18 psi.....I did not think my clutch was that used.
I made 700+ on DD when the clutch was new....Sharif and Jeremy/Stormcrow feel that the TQ and boost is building way faster and harder than the old setup....Tilton is the direction they want me to go.....but thats not for me.
93 oct....602.1 @ 14psi
C16 oct....655.4 @ 18psi

Is 655 the final # with good timing?
Guess the clutch won... sucks
is you guys planning more in the mean time before you take the car home, unless you are taking the car home now....

Yes.....At first we thought the wheels were out spinning the dyno and were planning to sit in the trunk...but Jeremy/Stormcrow was watching the wheels ...it was the clutch
Yes....I told Sharif to stop....I will figure out the cutch direction later....You can hear it in the video....its real loud so it kind of affects the iphone speakers....but you can still hear it. The 850bb builds slowly...but with this new setup by the time you cover your ears...its already in boost and climbs fast.
I knew it was the clutch because I was also watching the wheels.
The car will be here for a while longer.....I still have to have the RaceLogic TC installed....The TQ is over 650.....I never had this kind of TQ on DD before.....I think...

Here you go.....I am sure Green goblin will post videos soon.
With C16.....@18 psi

With 93....@14psi

I am going to look into it....I am going to contact someone that will sent me one to try.....I was more thinking OS if its more street friendly
Sharif will check that company for me.....I am not giving up guys.....This just really sucks to see this happen at this
....Carbonetics felt it would not make it with the setup I have.
