Default smoking problem after turbo system install HELP!!

yesterday i finished installing a turbo system from turbonetics its an 03 350z with 82000 miles.... the turbo system came from an 05 350z, after we installed everything, running a previous tune that the car had already on a utec comp. we took it for a test drive. After a few spools we started hearing knocking on the engine bay, we immediately turned the car off and towed it back to the house. After turning the car back on and checking around for what the problem was the knocking just all of sudden went away we then checked the spark plugs and found that on cylinder 4 the spark plug tip bent shut.... wtf , i have no idea what happened and after replacing the plug the car ran smooth it was idling fine my air to fuel was normal around 14 my oil pressure was fine but when reving it smokes like a light black, and everytime i spool now it throws out a big cloud of smoke...... can anyone give me a worst case scenerio or have had a similar problem i dont know what to do next a mechanic told something about a temp. sensor going out and causing it to smoke but i dont know.

any comments will help

Sounds like you might have messed up your engine. Let me know if you need a price on a built motor or if we can help you with anything. Every cars tune is completely different. There is no way you could have thrown it in and boosted it with a correct tune.

Well for the spark plug tip to be bent in, there has to be something in the compression chamber to hit it. That something is probably a chunk of the outside of the piston due to overheating the cylinders because of the lack of tune.

What color is the smoke? a dark black or a misty white color?

How does the car idle? When you take it easy and drive without going full boost does it ride smooth, any hesitations or anything? Sounds like the turbo might have bad seals, or like above mentioned, you might need to put an oil restrictor, very possible this is the case. as for the spark plug thing, that might be a coincidence, put new ones, if happens again then you got some issue, if something hit it, then it must have also hit the valve(s), therefore might affect your idle, etc..

the car idles fine and when driving its absolutely normal all of its stats indicate normal car...wideband at 14 at 9 to 10 while boosting... oil pressure normal, and im boosting bout 8 psi , i have an oil restrictor setup on the turbo... what im starting to think is that the car is throwing too much fuel and not burning it causing it to smoke but im not sure hopefully ima get a micro camera to look in thru the spark plug to check the pistons and see if ive damaged any internals.
