im running 1 step. I cut some of the metal under my right headlight so the pipe fit better and i dont get weird noises after. I heat wrap some of the pipes but not the full pipe. Some of them i just wrap the parts that where really close to other metal parts so they dont make noises after the install is complete. ( just an advice)

Thanks for the advice everyone! I'll be tackling the mid pipe again this weekend. I hope I can make it fit. It should after the mods that need to be performed. This kit was on an 06 before and the pipe had to be dented for it to fit that year model. Once I get that mid pipe in and fitting properly I'll be able to see some light at the end of this tunnel. That reminds me I need to remove that oil pan AGAIN!!!! PITA!!!!! Good thing I hadn't added the oil yet. Hopefully the plugs all come in today. Advance recieved 2 then 1 then 2. Still missing 1. I went with one step colder but have the 2 step colder at O'Reil's just in case.

coolant lines
Hey guys still trying to finish my install but I need some help here. Can someone tell me where the coolant lines connect to from/to the turbo. Does anyone have pics or tell me exactly where they connect to on the engine side. Maybe I keep missing it in the manual but I can't seem to finding it anywhere.
Any help very appreciated:confus ed:

On the driver side of the engine there is a hose that goes to the back of the engine. I use that one. That the one that supply coolant to the manifold. Gonna try to take a pic.

^^Thanks^^^
I'm guessing this one here. It supplies coolant to the throttle body/upper plenum. I'm also guessing in is on the left side of the turbo and out to the throttle body is on the right side of the turbo.
Also, Where do the line of a manual boost control go hooked up to?
What is this bung for? Remember my kit is used so I might be missing something here.

Thanks, I think it came with a plug. I have a plug that came with the kit but the thread on the bung is stripped so I do not know if the plug actually goes there or not. I do not have any other fittings left over. I wonder if I could connect the manual boost controller to this?
With the help of Jeffie, I now know where to connect the coolant lines to. Thanks Jeffie!

Progress
Mainly I need all the electronics: UTEC, map sensor, boost gauge, tuner/wideband, map selector switch, and all the cables for everything.
There are still a few more hoses left. I need to reroute some hoses, I'm not comfortable with the way I have some laid out.
Here are some pics of the progress.
Catch can and Powersteering location
oil and coolant line connection setup on the turbo
Trying to figure out where to run all the hoses.
Something I had to fab up in order to get to the turbo bolts that were hard to get to. I had all the uppipes and downpipes tightened down so I couldn't lift or rotate anything. I had to thinout and shorten one of my wrenches.
I hooked up my coolant line to this and out from the turbo to the plenum/throttle body input. If anyone knows if this is not ok, please let me know.

lol^^^ I found some shorter/thinner ones but they came in a set. They are called Farmers wrenches. For a one time use and for one or two bolts, I didn't want to spend 40-50 bucks for them
DudeMan: I have the UTEC, I just need to install it along with everything else. Thanks though.

Boost Gauge & Map Sensor
I was able to work on the car for a couple of hours last night. I pretty much finished heat wrapping all the exhaust pipes (crossover, uppipes, downpipes). Then I continued running the boost gauge hose and map sensor cable through the rubber boot and into the cabin.
My kit came with an extra O2 sensor but I do not know what the heck its for or where it goes. I'll snap some pictures. Maybe someone might recognize it. Anyways here are some pics of the Boost Gauge and Map sensor lines
One side goes to BOV. The other two go to Boost Gauge & Map Sensor
Through the boot
From the inside.
This is how I have it set up. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
From the bottom up: OEM O2, Wideband O2, OEM O2, then at the highest bung Header O2. Header O2 was plugged.
This is my wideband O2 connection. The extra one is similar but the female end is different. Does anyone know if its for something? It might be from the other car or something.

^^Thanks man,
Hopefully, I can get some answers. I hate to find out the hard/expensive way that I did something wrong. On that note, input appreciated!
Depending on finances, I'm shooting for tuning next month. I want to get a 6psi tune and an 8 but will probably just be able to do an 8. Later when I purchase a meth/water kit I'll go re-tune. ATX, I'll let you know.
