Hey guys what do you all think of the relocation of the coolant reservoir. Does anyone see a problem with where I positioned it. The bumper barely clears it but it works. Too bad I won't be able to check it easily.

This is where I placed the MBC

This is where it Y's off to wastegate and MBC

Anyone know if this is an O2 for a wideband other than the TXS one. It came with the kit but I have no idea what its for. I have everything connected but have this left over.
The one on the right is the one I'm using for the TXS. The one on the left is

Female end

Looks almost the same

^^ That is the old style bosh O2 sensor. I have one of those too. Just can't use it with anything.

hey OP, relocate that line that goes to the intake. You might be able to see how I did it. Under the headlight I believe.

Thanks TXSHLDM, I noticed that it was being pinched a tidbit the way I had it so it makes sense. I'll buy longer hose and reroute it.

I had to do the same thing on mine. Didn't seem like it would pinch but not sure when things get heated. So I rerouted mine under the headlight. Nice process so far. GL with you have left!!

Well guys, Finally cranked the car today. I'd post the vid but for some reason when I play it, no sound comes out. I'll keep trying to figure it out. It turn on fine and everything. All my lights were on inside. How normal is that.

I haven't had a chance to load the base map for the UTEC. I Truthfully just don't know how. I'm gonna read the UTEC manual and see if I can figure it out. I do not even know how to or where to hook up my laptop to. Need some help please! Anyone willing to walk me through it? Maybe there is a link I can view. I just want to load the 550 map so I can drive it to the tuner. I don't want to tune it or anything else. There should be a few maps from the previous owner but not sure if I even want to use those. His was an 06 and mines an 03.

I guess for now, I'll keep trying to figure out the process. I hear its easy but when you just don't know....well, you don't know.

The gt37r is actually not an off the shelf garrett part, its custom made by Full-Race. http://www.full-race.com/catalog/pro...5a6b6d1012a213
now its basicall ya modified gt35r, so you might get that box, it could be deceiving, but check the link

you could try to get the ST version... that is a titanium JIC mufler and the rest of piping is ~3" SS....they also have an all SS version too ...greddy has a i think some options for you...aam has some too i think
Actually the GT37R IS an off the shelf Garrett turbo. It's a T67 with a P-trim turbine wheel. The GT3582R is a completely different turbo. A lot of companies use this same identical turbo but change it's name to be "different" but it's the same turbo. The different names are T67 ( comes both journal and BB ), PT6776 ( comes both journal and BB ), T04Z ( BB ), T04R ( Journal ) and GT37R ( BB ). God knows what other names they have given it. The turbo in question is indeed a GT3582R.

I kinda chimed in late huh? lol...

No exhaust on that vid. Thats why its so loud. I'm gonna do a 3" JIC single w a 3" Vibrant Resonator and 3" piping all the way. I'll borrow my buddys' exhaust for the meantime just to get it tuned.

if your running 600cc injectors edit map 0% column 500,750,1000rpm -16-15's....you'll have much better trip to your tuner. worked for me.

Hey gotaget, I bought the kit on Tuesday so pm me your number so I can meet you at the tuner you decide on if you don't mind. I'd like to check the kit out visually and take mad pictures if possible. Glad to know your build is coming along.

Definitely man, your install should be smoother than mine since its new. I ran into so many problems with mine along the way because stuff was missing, stripped treads, ect......
I'm glad it almost over. I'm having trouble picking up signal for the connection to my laptop/tuner. Time to call TXS Tech support
