so you put in a new walbro and no dice? hopefully GRD gets you running. I guess they'll probably check you FPR as well, as if the valve went in that you wouldn't get any fuel pressure.

After the swap, the CAMP2 shows fuel pressure of "0" when engine was primed and when cranking, the fuel guage was dropping to empty and back up again to 1/2 tank.

The car will be towed to the shop tomorrow morning.

yea, swapping out fuel pumps didn't change anything.

I just got word today that the problem is not fuel related at all. Apparently the fcon got really wet and lost all of its memory and settings. There was water on the baseboard and top. The car is running but dunno where the water is coming from yet, my guess is through the main harness behind the battery, beneath the cowl, after room was made for fcon wiring, but no silicone?

With all the crap that goes through that grommet, it really needs to be well protected as it is no longer waterproof, at all. I use cling wrap (like saran wrap but thicker) over all the wiring, harnesses, and hoses and tuck it under the grommet. A little preventative care goes a long way for reliability with FI/mods in general...

Damn if that was it... you or the tuner should have at least put some silicone or something to cover that extra large hole we have to put thru that grommet. With all the years with my pos stillen kit i never had that problem but once i did the Greddy twins i noticed a wet floor mat on the pass side and traced it to the grommet near the battery and sealed it with silicone.

The car stunk with the silicone smell for awhile but it finally went away.
