There is absolutely no resaon you can't pipe the BPV back into your air intake infront of the supercharger.

Who ever told you that a mesh filter will lower the noise in 1/2 has never actually tried it before. That like saying putting a CAI intake on your car will make it quieter....
put a prefilter on it. I used a piece of k&n prefilter and zip tied it around the filter.

DO NOT STUFF THE FILTER WITH FOAM like some members say, If you snap a cog belt your going to suck that foam right into your engine

Well if a Vortech rep says they dont recommend it then im probably not going to do it. In theory it sounds good to recirculate but noone has done it. Have they? anyone can post pics?

I got a piece of cylindrical filter foam, cut it in half, hollowed it out a little and hose-clamped it to outlet...no more noise unless shifting at high RPMs.

Thanks! that looks like a great idea. How long have you been running that setup? any problems?

Have any vids of how it sounds now with the filter?

Any updates?

In regards to recirculating the bpv to anywhere before the supercharger, I can't see it damaging anything. The pressure being released from the bpv will go in the path of least resistance.

How would it be any different if you were to release the bpv pressure inside the filter opposed to literally releasing right outside the filter? Recirculating will not forcefeed the blower.
