Hope you guys like clean stainless (304) hardware:

With this, all I do is cut the head off of a bolt and just weld it on there as a stud. Works great, have been doing that for a long time. It' cleaner as well.

Looking at the last picture, maybe it would be a good idea to paint the hardware black.

sick intercooler

we'll have some issues with the g setup though. I don't have that nice intake hole that the 350z has in the core support.

Not a big deal, one can always pipe it around so it comes up in front of the wheel well on the drivers side.

This IC will support the flow of any single turbo you can put in there.

Don, I can't wait for you to get this installed and straped to the dyno. What EMS are you tuning with?

I am currently tuning with a Haltech.

I am rather excited as well, I am afraid I will need a bigger and better clutch.

when do you plan on dynoing? I could take a trip down to visit my fiance's family at that time and swing by the shop. I need to get mine tuned also but i'm going to wait until the spring since i can't drive it all winter anyways.

For the JWT TT kit on a G you use a hole saw to cut a hole in the same spot as the one on 350Zs. It looks fine and the installer said its painless to do.

ah, good idea. I'll have to take a look at it tomorrow because right in front of my vortech airfilter are all the a/c lines and i think that's right where the 350z has that intake scoop. i'll find out.

I put my front bumper back on or i would take pics but its right beside the AC lines JWT web site might have the template in the install manual.

What size is the JWT pipe thru there? I think its smaller than 2.5", maybe 2.25" Still would prolly work just fine with BP's kit

it says 3" hole saw so a 2.5" pipe should fit

It does say 3", but the piping from the IC to the TB is 3" as well. I could change that (if/when you get a kit) to 2.75", and it would probably slide through.

Thanks for the link Gord.

^thats what i was concerned with as he was using 3" oin his kit and the JWT is only 3" hole.

if you look where its cut, its a very tight squeeze with your AC lines, so the smaller the pipe BP can make the better

Just for the record, NEVER USE DHL FOR SHIPPING. What a cluster f...ck. They need so much paper work once the item reaches customs, it's unreal. Customs forms, proof of purchase....bla bla bla.. What a joke.

UPS or Fedex FTW. My father works for Astar, DHL as a pilot and even he dislikes what the carriers have become.
